SERVICE AGREEMENT

The following Service Agreement outlines our policies and procedures. As a new and highly valued THE BULLDOG client, you will be required to sign this agreement for our records and yours. By signing this agreement you give THE BULLDOG and its employees’ permission to enter your property to perform said duties, and you agree to all stipulations herein. Please fill out the form below and return Service Agreement with your first payment.

1.)	OUR FEE: You will receive a billing statement the 1st of each service month. Payments are then due by the 20th of each month with a 2-day grace period.  We can bill directly to your credit/debit card, you can pay online at www.hirethebulldog.com or mail your payment to:

2.)	LATE FEE: All accounts are due and payable upon receipt. There will be a late fee of $5.00 per month for payments not received by the 20th of each month. A $25.00 service charge will be added for checks returned unpaid by your bank.

3.)	HOLIDAYS: Your fee includes certain Holidays we observe, New Years Days, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
      *If your service falls on New Years Day, we will service the day before or after.
1a.) We will either service your yard the day before or after the holiday

4.)	SERVICE DAYS: We reserve the right to temporarily change service days as needed. If you are missed due to heavy snow, rain, etc… your bill will not be pro-rated and you will be responsible for the full amount of your monthly bill. In order to keep our prices as low as possibly, we determine your stop day to the next closest customer we have.

Although we try our hardest to prevent dogs from escaping, THE BULLDOG is not responsible for escaped dogs due to defective gates and/or latches. We will try to notify you if your gate is need of repair.
Lawn maitenance includes mowing to height reccomend by local fertilizer company(usually 3 inches), trimming and blowing off the driveway.  Additional services will be billed at additional rate.
