HOW OFTEN DOES YOUR COMPANY COME OUT?
AS OFTEN AS YOU LIKE. MOST OF OUR CUSTOMERS PREFER SERVICE ONCE PER WEEK. HOWEVER OTHER SERVICE SCHEDULES ARE AVAILABLE. WE ARE ALSO AVAILABLE FOR ONE-TIME CLEANUPS. YOU PICK!

WHAT IF I WANT TO SKIP A SERVICE DAY?
NO PROBLEM. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED IF YOU CALL THE COMPANY OFFICE TO CANCEL. IF THE DOG WILL BE GONE FROM THE YARD FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS, OR FOR SOME REASON YOU WANT US TO SKIP YOUR YARD FOR A DAY OR MORE, WE CAN HOLD SERVICE AND YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR THOSE DAYS.  HOWEVER, IF YOUR GATE IS LOCKED OR THE DOG WILL NOT ALLOW US TO CLEAN THE YARD WHEN WE COME TO DO THE WORK, IT MAY BE NECESSARY TO CHARGE FOR THE SERVICE CALL THAT COULD NOT BE COMPLETED.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET A ONE-TIME-ONLY SERVICE?
SURE! ONE TIME ONLY, OR SHORT TERM SERVICE MAY BE EASILY ARRANGED

CAN I CHOOSE THE SERVICE DAY?
NO.  IN ORDER TO KEEP OUR PRICES AS LOW AS POSSIBLE EACH DAY OF THE WEEK IS ALLOCATED TO A CERTAIN SECTION OF OUR SERVICE AREA. PLEASE UNDERSTAND IT’S NECESSARY TO PARTITION OUR ROUTES SPECIFIC TO CERTAIN DAYS.

WILL MY SERVICE DAY EVER CHANGE?
WE HAVE GONE TO GREAT LENGTHS TO DIVIDE OUR ROUTES UP IN A WAY THAT NEARLY ENSURES YOU WILL BE SERVICED ON THE SAME DAY. HOWEVER THERE MAY BE TIMES WHEN WE (DUE TO UNFORSEEN EXTRANEOUS VARIABLES) MAY HAVE TO SWITCH YOUR SERVICE DAY.

WHAT ABOUT HOLIDAYS?
WE DO NOT WORK THE FOLLOWING DAYS:
-NEW YEARS DAY-LABOR DAY
-MEMORIAL DAY-THANKSGIVING DAY
-INDEPENDENCE DAY-CHRISTMAS DAY

WHEN A HOLIDAY FALLS ON A REGULAR SERVICE DAY, WE WILL EITHER SERVICE YOUR YARD THE WORK DAY PRIOR TO THE HOLIDAY OR THE DAY AFTER THE HOLIDAY. SERVICE RETURNS TO THE REGULAR DAY THE FOLLOWING WEEK.


DO WE WORK THROUGH THE WINTER?
YES. DOGS KEEP POOPING, SO WE KEEP SCOOPING! OUR COMPANY CONTINUES TO CLEAN UP AND REMOVE DOG WASTE THROUGH WINTER. SOMETIMES THE SNOW POSTPONES A DAY OF WORK, BUT WE WILL CATCH UP.TRUST US! WE WILL DO THE ABSOLUTE BEST WE CAN TO KEEP YOUR LAWN DOODOO FREE THROUGHOUT THE WINTER. IF WE GET BURIED BY A BLIZZARD YOU CAN BE SURE WE WILL CLEAN UP PREVIOUSLY “BURIED” PILES AS THEY BECOME VISIBLE.


WHAT HAPPENS IF WE GET A HEAVY SNOW OR RAIN?
WE WILL WORK IN MOST WEATHER, BUT HEAVY SNOW OR EXTREMELY COLD WEATHER CAN STOP US. IF THERE IS 1-2 INCHES OF FRESH SNOW WE MAY NEED TO POSTPONE CLEANUP. IF SNOW STAYS ON THE GROUND FOR MORE THAN A WEEK, BUT THERE IS NO NEW SNOW TO COVER IT, WE WILL DO REGULAR CLEANUPS TO PREVENT EXCESSIVE ACCUMULATION. WE WILL SCOOP ALL VISABLE PILES ON EVERY VISIT. OUR COMPANY WILL USUALLY WORK IN THE RAIN. A VERY HEAVY RAIN MAY STOP US, BUT WE WILL OFTEN BE ABLE TO MAKE UP THE WORK LATER THAT DAY OR WEEK. IF FOR SOME CRAZY REASON WE GET DUMPED ON WITH RAIN OR SNOW FOR MORE THEN A FEW DAYS OR EVEN A WEEK STRAIGHT AND WE ARE UNABLE TO SCOOP THAT WEEK, YOUR NEXT MONTH’S FEES MAY BE PRORATED FOR THE VISIT(S) YOU DID NOT RECEIVE.

HOW DO I PAY FOR YOU?
AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH MONTH WE WILL SEND AN INVOICE VIA EMAIL OR BY MAIL (DEPENDING ON YOUR PREFERENCE). THERE IS A $5.00 LATE FEE FOR ACCOUNTS NOT PAID BY THE 20TH OF THE MONTH. YOU CAN MAIL A CHECK, OR MONEY ORDER. WE ALSO ACCEPT DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS. WE ACCEPT MASTERCARD, VISA, DISCOVER, AND AMERICAN EXPRESS. MANY OF OUR CUSTOMERS CHOOSE TO HAVE THEIR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD AUTOMATICALLY BILLED ON A MONTHLY BASIS. PLEASE COMPLETE OUR AUTO-PAY AUTHORIZATION FORM IF YOU ARE INTERESTED.

ARE THERE ANY CONTRACTS TO SIGN?
THERE IS NOT A CONTRACT, BUT WE DO HAVE A SIMPLE SERVICE AGREEMENT. THIS AGREEMENT GIVES OUR STAFF PERMISSION TO ENTER YOUR PROPERTY. WE WILL STOP SERVICE AT ANYTIME OVER THE TELPHONE. TO START SERVICES WE REQUIRE THE SERVICE AGREEMENT IS SIGNED. WE CAN SEND THIS TO YOU VIA EMAIL OR MAIL OR YOU CAN SIGN IT UPON OUR FIRST VISIT TO YOUR HOME.

IS THERE AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR THE FIRST TIME?
WITH YOUR PRIOR APPROVAL, THERE MAY BE AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR THE FIRST SERVICE IF THERE HAS BEEN A LOT OF ACCUMULATION OF WASTE OVER THE TIME.

WHAT ARE YOUR DISCOUNTS?
WE OFFER AN 5% DISCOUNT TO ANY CUSTOMER PAYING SIX (6) MONTHS IN ADVANCE; AND A 10% DISCOUNT TO ANY CUSTOMER PAYING TWELVE (12) MONTHS IN ADVANCE. WE ALSO OFFER A 10% DISCOUNT TO SENIORS (65+ YEARS); AND A 10% DISCOUNT FOR ANY PET RESCUE HOUSEHOLDS.

SHOULD I UNLOCK MY GATE?
YES. WE DO NOT CLIMB OR JUMP OVER FENCES. YOUR NEIGHBORS MIGHT THINK WE ARE BREAKING IN!  PLEASE HAVE YOUR GATE UNLOCKED ON YOUR SERVICE DAY. YOU MAY PROVIDE US WITH A KEY, KEEP A KEY HIDDEN FOR THE LOCK, OR TELL US THE COMBINATION OF THE LOCK. WE HAVE COMBINATION LOCKS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE, IF YOU ARE INTERESTED.


DOES DOG WASTE MAKE GOOD FERTILIZER?
DOG AND CAT WASTE IS NOT A GOOD FERTILIZER AS DOGS AND CATS EAT HIGHER PROTEIN! DON’T PUT IT IN YOUR GARDEN! YOUR TOMATOES WILL HATE YOU FOR IT!! DID YOU KNOW IT CAN TAKE ONE PILE OF DOGGY-DOO UP TO ONE YEAR TO DECOMPOSE?

IS IT REQUIRED THAT I BE AT MY PROPERTY WHEN YOU SERVICE THE YARD?
NO. WE PREFER TO MEET WITH YOU PRIOR TO STARTING SERVICE OR ON YOUR FIRST DAY OF SERVICE, BUT IT IS DEFINITLY NOT NECESSARY. WE WANT YOU TO BE 100% CONFIDENT AND COMFORTABLE WITH US SERVICING YOUR YARD AND WE FEEL THE ABSOLUTE BEST WAY IS TO MEET ONE-ON-ONE.
